In accordance with the current stormwater permit, MDEQ has requested a revised Watershed Management Plan (WMP), due April 1, 2008. Our revision will consist of updating the Action Plan Table and providing an explanation in the form of an addendum, see our revisions below.

Time Line Regarding WMP Addendum:
*MDEQ Approved on May 16
*45 days after approval - post for public review - June 22
*60 days after approval - revise WMP Addendum if needed - July 7
*90 days after approval - individual jurisdictions adopt WMP Addendum - August 6
*120 days after approval - final WMP Addendum submitted to MDEQ - September 5
